Bringing over two decades of experience as the Director of Team Operations and Player Relations with the Nashville Predators, Walker has been pivotal in strengthening player relations and fostering community ties across middle Tennessee. His return to the Jr. Predators Board follows his previous presidency from 2010 to 2016, prior to the organization's merger with Thunder AAA Hockey. Walker’s dedication to advancing youth hockey is evident through his leadership of Elite Edge Hockey Showcase, a premier development platform for aspiring college and junior hockey players. The program attracts over 200 participants annually and hosts coaches from 40+ NCAA, junior, and AAA teams, contributing significantly to the Jr. Predators’ track record of success, with over 140 alumni advancing to NCAA Division I and III. With a clear commitment to developing Nashville's hockey talent, Walker collaborates closely with the Jr. Predators’ leadership and coaching staff to build on the program’s success, prioritizing growth at every level, from beginner programs to elite boys' and girls' teams.
